At United Motors, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 2 days to request a refund after receiving your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging and any seals should not have been broken or tampered with.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
